Employee Spotlight: Emily Millman, Director of Client Success

Every month, we turn the spotlight on one of the team members
responsible for bringing our industry-leading products and services
to life. This month, meet Emily Millman, Director of Client
Success.

What’s your role at HEBS Digital and what do you
do?

I am the Director of Client Success. I oversee a group of
account managers and manage a portfolio of the agency’s key
accounts, including Loews Hotels and Hard Rock Hotels.

What did you do before working at HEBS
Digital?

I came to HEBS Digital straight from New York University where I
received a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. In
college, I had a bunch of internships including working on property
at a Marriott hotel in my hometown.

What’s your favorite part about your job?

I love the fast-paced nature of working at an agency within the
digital space. Technology is constantly changing and you have to
remain agile in order to keep up!

What’s your favorite destination you’ve been to
before, and why?

The Whitsunday Islands in Australia. I am sure this is partly
because I visited on my honeymoon, but it’s also one of the most
beautiful places I’ve ever been. With the combination of its
proximity to the Great Barrier Reef, its beautiful beaches, and
warm weather, any beach lover should add it to their travel bucket
list.

What’s an essential item you can’t travel
without?

If the flight is longer than a couple of hours, I always bring
my travel pillow. I even brought it on my honeymoon when we flew
business class and had lay-flat beds with pillows included. And
snacks! Especially on long-haul flights, you never want to rely on
the airline snacks.
